Account Manager (Malaysia)

The Account Manager is responsible for the recruitment, management of Publishers Partners and ensuring placement and delivery of ad campaigns, in accordance with revenue goals. The Kuala Lumpur based position will handle partners in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact new and existing Publisher Partners to propose and secure ad placements on Mobile Properties.
  • Develop strategies to engage new and existing Publishers.
  • Management of Publisher to ensure strong partnerships, maximization of their available inventory and their daily delivery needs.
  • Identify, propose and sell programs to targeted organizations within the target markets set out by the company.
  • Develop an understanding of client’s business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
  • Working closely with the Finance and Project team to provide payment and technical support to Publishers.
  • Provide world-class customer service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries or media monetization inquiries.
  • Be a key influencer in making mobile marketing small to medium businesses in the market.
  • Understand all new products and their roles

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Internet media or media sales experience, preferred.
  • Creative, problem solver with ability and experience understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions.
  • A good grounding on Internet & Mobile marketing industry.
  • Outstanding written, communication and account management skills.
  • Strong commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
  • Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word) and presentations (MS Powerpoint).

Country Manager (Jakarta, Indonesia)

As Country Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the sales strategy for BuzzCity’s mobile advertising products in Indonesia. You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership for the team

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
  • Delivering sales by developing relationships with strategic partners (ad agencies, mobile developers, etc).
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business.
  • Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
  • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
  • Provide direction for the sales & media acquisition team.
  • As a Country Manager, you'll be expected to have good management skills, together with appropriate qualifications. Your job may involve some domestic and regional travel.

Senior Account Manager (Jakarta)

The BuzzCity Mobile Ad Network continues to grow. To support this growth we are looking to fill the role of Senior Account Manager (Advertising Sales) for our expanding client base in in Indonesia. The Senior Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with key customers, while achieving an assigned sales growth goal. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Account Manager is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in the market.

The primary function of this role is to have a thorough understanding of agency/clients’ business, marketing strategies and media objectives to ensure that mobile display advertising is consistently top of mind.

Key Responsibilities

Support Engineer / Projects Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and provide support to Publishers & Advertisers on a global mobile advertising network
  • Initiate and develop projects suitable for the mobile advertising market.
  • Responsible for technical support service and managing enquiries from local and regional sale offices
  • Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and problem resolution
  • Reporting common issues / fixes and facilitating communications with Projects and support teams based in Singapore
  • Compiling regular reports as required by the Projects Team
Requirements:
  • Good team worker and confident with extensive use of phone and electronic communications
  • Ability to manage and meet the different timezone requirements for support when necessary
  • Technical knowledge or relevant experience in project management and technical support
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently, analyze and make informed decisions
  • Good communications skill and must be conversant in English, written & spoken
  • A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / Systems or related
  • Ability to communicate with people of different levels of technical understanding will be an added advantage

 

Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer

You will work with a team of highly talented Software Engineers to further the company's Competitive edge in all areas of technology, products and services. This is a Singapore-based position.

Duties:
  • Adapt and develop high-value Web, Mobile and Telecommunication applications
  • Adopt and keep abreast of Internet and Mobile technologies and infrastructure
  • Continually exceed customer expectations without incurring technical debt
Requirements:
  • Enjoy programming in PHP and SQL in Linux environments
  • Internet savvy and able to learn fast as well as work under pressure
  • Imagination and passion in problem solving
  • Understanding of product excellence and an eye for good design

Systems Engineer

You will work with a team of Engineers to improve interactions across all departments with the aim to enhance the quality of the company's IT infrastructure. You will be reporting to the Head, Systems and Facilities. This is a Singapore-based position.

  • Manage, administer, implement and secure the IT infrastructure to support growth and expansion of company

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year full-time work experience as a Linux or Unix systems administrator, Network administrator or MySQL administrator
  • Completed a bachelor degree or a local Infocomm/IT polytechnic diploma
  • Possess initiative, self-motivated, organized, and interest in wide range of systems administration domains
  • Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and proven problem solving skills
