The Executive Producer / Product Manager is responsible for managing and leading a team for the design, development, maintenance and marketing of BuzzCitys consumer services initiatives within the mobile space.
You will track and monitor one or more projects concurrently and report progress to management.
The Executive Producer will drive the new product development lifecycle process through concept, development, design, implementation and launch / release, identifying and managing inter-dependencies between projects.
The role requires a combination of project and product management expertise and offers prospective candidates the opportunity to work in the mobile environment, working with partners who have very specific and unique needs and suppliers who have specific skills.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills Required:- Games (or movies / music / sports) and / or applications industry experience a must, in a similar project management role.
- Good experience in marketing particularly syndication and distribution of mobile applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Be able to think laterally to prioritize tasks/solve problems.
- Must have an understanding of mobile content industry.

- Ensures adherence to established budgets for assigned projects; creates and maintains production and information schedules; creates traffic reports and site usage analyses.
- Manages inventory and information flow to and from various internal teams and external partners (i.e. syndication and distribution partners)
- Maintains an awareness of trends in the mobile industry, including mobile gameplay, technology, and concepts in addition to popular culture such as television, film, and music
- Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum 5+ years in a design / production role.
Partner Management - enhance relationships with all syndication and distribution partners.
The role has direct responsibility for establishing, developing and administering these relationships including licensing and contractual processes to ensure that agreed commercial positions are accurately represented in completed agreements and according to policies and guidelines.
The Content Alliances Manager will have strong alliances with Publishers, Developers & Distributors and be excellent at affective relationship management. The successful candidate will be competent in negotiating commercial terms and dealing with stakeholders alongside day to day account management.
The Content Alliances Manager will be analytically minded and able to research and analyse data to provide strategy and have experience of working with a diverse range of partners.
Software Engineer
You will work with a team of highly talented Software Engineers to further the company's technology edge to compete with the best in the world. This is a Singapore-based position.
Duties:
- Adapt and develop Web, Mobile and Telecommunication applications
- Adopt and keep abreast of Internet and Mobile technologies and infrastructure
- Work with partners and mobile operators to implement comprehensive solutions on cutting-edge platforms and technologies
Requirements:
- Enjoy programming in C++, PHP and SQL in Linux environments
- Knowledge in Java, Javascript, Perl, etc. an advantage
- Internet savvy and able to learn fast as well as work under pressure
Systems, Security Specialist
You will work with Systems Team to develop and maintain the security infrastructure in the organization. This is a Singapore-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, rate and prioritize security risks and requirements
- Design, implement and maintain security infrastructure and policies to protect the business
- Identify possible weaknesses in existing systems and hardening them as appropriate
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of proven experience in similar role. Related security certificate is a PLUS.
- Demonstrated experience with security system design, implementation and maintenance. Managing large scale web system is a PLUS.
- Demonstrated experience with Open Source/Linux development and production environment.

- Develop and support MySQL database replication
- Monitor and optimize MySQL database performance and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot database issues, maintain database systems availability and scability
- Develop and optimize database design for new applications
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience as a DBA or equivalent. Certified MySQL DBA is a PLUS.
- Demonstrated experience with MySQL database design, implementation, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Managing large scale database system is a PLUS.

Account Manager, Advertising Sales
The Advertising Sales / Account Manager is responsible for selling (and up-selling) new and existing clients and providing world-class customer service in support of team revenue goals. Main product – ad banners on wireless devices.
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Director, you will be responsible for several countries in the respective markets, depending on your experience and the language you speak.
Primary Aim
- Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and secure buy-in on Mobile / WAP marketing via telephone sales, or face-to-face meetings
- Provide world-class customer service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and advertising relevancy issues
- Responsible for special projects as assigned
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, propose and sell programs to targeted organizations within the target markets set out by the company
- Be a key influencer in making Mobile / WAP marketing small to medium businesses in the market

Account Manager, Publisher Acquisition
The Publisher Recruitment Manager will hold responsibility for the recruitment and management of publishers for BuzzCity’s Mobile Internet Ad Network. In partnership with Media Sales, the role is to ensure placement and delivery of ad campaigns in accordance with revenue goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop fresh strategies to engage new and existing Publishers. Work with new publishers to ensure a strong start and maximization of available inventory.
- Account manage existing publishers to maximize their success within the BuzzCity network.
- Communicate with publishers to understand their offering and manage daily delivery needs.
- Adjust level of support offered depending on publisher size/revenue/growth opportunity.
a) Act as the single point of contact for assigned publisher accounts; Reporting, General Questions, Tech and Payouts.
b) Facilitate publisher technical support services and monitor publisher satisfaction levels.
c) Interface with Media Sales Team on a regular basis to understand delivery or performance goals.
d) Provide outstanding account management; ensuring publisher requests are handled in a friendly, efficient manner and that any issues are resolved promptly. - Identify network trends, both good and bad, and suggest ideas on improving and/or further development.
